Joe, Sorry to send this directly to you.  My attempts to send to list
keep bouncing back.  I know the problem is with the sender.HA!!!!  Spent
the last three days in Itawamba Co., Looking for info on my family --I
ran across quite a bit of info on Thomas Dutton.  Of particular interest
was info in the index of  loose probate packets, etc in the courthouse.
I did not get to these and there were air conditioning problems and
terrible thunderstorm.  I did get deed, marriage and tombstone info on
some folks.  Plan to return next week to check the packets and nothing
else.  These were two entries:  Thomas Dutton vs. OB and GB Patterson
,    then  TJ Dutton, Minor.  Let you know what I find.

By the way, I was looking over the info from Eula' CA contact.  Laura
Dutton, daughter of Thomas Dutton and Mary Katherine(sic--have copies of
documents signed by her) Bates was named Laura Ann Dutton, not Laura
Bell.  I have pictures of the old home place and a few other things if
any one is interested.  Also have copy of the marriage certificate of
Thomas/MC and their daughter Laura/John Chesley Bethay.

If you'll give me instructions again maybe I can get things posted on
the list myself.

Plan a trip to take additional photos in the cemeteries.  Will try to
get photo of gravesite of Aaron Dutton.  Location is very isolated and
may be unreachable now as the Tenn/Tom Waterway has made access to some
of Itawamba Co. impossible.  My sister's brother-in-law is in law
enforcement and has offered to accompany us.  Let you know how it turns
